The discussion will focus on the following open access policy questions:
- The areas of Open Access : research publications, research data and research infrastructures (soft and hard). What is more important?
- Green, gold or hybrid Open Access to publications. Which way do we choose?
- What do we need to be willing to share our research data?

The Research Council of Lithuania is a PASTEUR4OA project partner and Key Node organization in Lithuania. It is also a partner in FOSTER co-funded project ‘Promoting open science among young researchers' implemented by
Kaunas University of Technology with the Lithuanian Society of Young Researchers, Lithuanian Research Libraries Consortium and Mykolas Romeris University.
